Fairfield Capital Management is a value investor. We look for situations in transition or complicated by structure, timing, or capital needs, and we underwrite them on what the assets and the cash flow are worth.

We follow assets and cash flow rather than a sector mandate. Private equity, venture capital, and real estate are three routes to the same question: what a business is worth and what it will earn.

Discipline sets the price we are willing to pay. Flexibility lets us structure a transaction around what a seller actually needs and close on the timeline they need it.

Our work continues after closing. We stay close to the decisions that compound over a holding period, and we manage risk deliberately at every level of the firm.
